3. You make the payment (US$79 for the Basic Service)
4. You fill out a detailed job post which is then sent to all candidates in your area who match your criteria
5. Candidates who are interested will contact you directly through email to the contact address you specify when you fill the job post
6. You conduct your interviews and hire your preferred candidate
